With a background in childcare, emotional health, and personal development, she approaches business and life with the same mindset – understanding people, solving problems and creating space for growth. She loves helping people build confidence, break through challenges, and create something they’re proud of.
Before Rebellion Websites, Laura’s escape was MTB (mountain biking), Bringing people together, organising rides, creating welcoming spaces, and building communities has always been as rewarding as the ride itself. Right now, she’s swapped trails for tech, pouring everything into growing the business, but fully intends to get back on the bike once the wheels of Rebellion Websites are spinning smoothly.
For Laura, coding is comforting – it follows logic, and when you get it right, it works. Whether it’s debugging code, tackling business challenges, or helping others carve their own path, she believes in working hard, taking risks, and building something that leads to true freedom.
Ian: Tech lover and car fanatic
Outside of work, Ian’s lifelong passion has always revolved around cars — a trade that’s been in the family for generations. His love for motorsport has even taken him to Germany on three separate occasions to experience the legendary Nürburgring, often described as the ultimate destination for any true petrolhead. When he’s not working on websites or developing new digital tools, you’ll likely find Ian getting stuck into the latest tech, tinkering with gadgets, or keeping up with the fast-moving world of computing and AI — all with his loyal sidekick, Benji, never too far from his side. Whether it’s heading out on long walks together or just having some company while working late, Benji is very much part of the team.
He’s also a big fan of motor racing, cycling, travelling, sightseeing, and simply getting out and about to meet new people and experience new places. Whether it’s pushing limits on the track or pushing boundaries online, Ian’s curiosity and passion for progress drive everything he does.
